What People Say

Testimonials

During Holli's hosting she taught us how to pair wine and food the correct way. For instance I learned how to pair Greek wines with Greek foods. It was a great and educational time for everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of having a private wine tasting led by Holli and it was amazing. She is very passionate and knowledgeable. Each selection was thoughtfully curated to fit our group and we really enjoyed the educational layer she provides during the tastings. The way that Holli walked us through the tasting with humor and professionalism made it an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend her services.

Meet Your Host

Hello, I'm Holli!

As a seasoned IT professional with a deep passion for wine, I have dedicated over a decade to wine education.

I proudly serve as the founder and president of two wine clubs in the Chicagoland area, which prioritize a fun and educational approach to wine without the snobbery often associated with it. I firmly believe that wine should be enjoyed based on personal preference, free from rigid rules.

In terms of certifications, I currently hold the WSET 1 and 2 certifications, and I am eagerly awaiting the results of my WSET 3 exam. Additionally, I am a candidate for the certified sommelier program with the Court of Sommeliers.
